We want you to be completely satisfied with your PutterVR purchase. The mount and bundle can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. The PutterVR game software purchased through the Meta Store is subject to Meta's return policy.
Email us at hello@puttervr.com within 14 days of receiving your mount or bundle to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Securely pack the PutterVR mount and any bundle items in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Items must be in original, unused condition.
We'll provide you with a return address. You have 14 additional days to ship the item back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The PutterVR game is sold through the Meta Quest Store and is subject to Meta's digital content return policy. Please refer to the Meta Store for their return conditions and process.
